Your tasks:
- Responsibility over a kitchen post
- Creation and planning of dishes
- Assignment of staff
- Coordination of individual work steps
- Supporting the induction of new staff and the training of our apprentices
Your profile:
Our executive chef, Mario Döring, relies on creative, team-oriented staff who take great pleasure in their work and make the unique culinary delights of our hotel a new experience for our guests every day.
- German or English language skills
